This class is designed to properly teach basic tumbling skills such as handstands, cartwheels, and round-offs.  Each class will begin with roughly 20 minutes of technical review of these skills, followed by back handspring and round-off back handspring exercises.  Class will conclude with a conditioning session. Tumble 2

This class will further the development of skills achieved in Tumble 1, athletes will be learning multiple standing and running back handsprings.  Each class will begin with basic technique work and then focus primarily on multiple back handspring.  This class will also introduce the fundamentals of the back tuck. Tumble 4

This class is is designed for the more advanced tumbler looking to learn the basic elements of the layout.  Athletes will continue to focus on the perfection of the tuck to aid the progression of the layout and the full twisting layout.  This class will focus heavily on standing back handspring back

Tumble 3

This class is is the most crucial step to becoming an elite tumbler.  Athletes will learn how to properly execute the round-off back handspring back tuck.  Each class will work the progressions needed to make the back tuck SOAR!!   This class will also work skills such as the standing tuck

Tumble 5

This class is is specifically for the most elite athletes. We will focus on the most advanced skills that can perform within the USASF safety guidelines.  Athletes will work such skills as the double full twisting layout and standing back handspring(s) to a full twisting layout.  Tumble 5 enrollment is by invitation

Hyperflex

This class will improve flexibility to a level beyond normal. This class will focus on proper stretching technique and correct posture to work towards achieving extreme body positions.  Flyers registering for this class should already have basic knowledge of the heel stretch, scale, and scorpion.

Tumble Bugs

Calling all athletes ages 3-6! Ultimate Athletics is offering it's amazing tumbling program for even the youngest children. Basic tumbling and jumps skills will be covered in this class.

Standing Tuck

This class is for athletes wishing to focus on Standing Tucks Only. Instructors will help each individual on the standing tumbling trick(s) that the athlete wishes to work on. This class is designed to teach standing tumbling skills and improve their already existing technique.

Beginning Standing Tumble

This class is designed to focus on beginning standing tumbling skills. Instructors will help each individual athlete on skills such as multiple standing back handsprings in succession and toe back handspring.

Intermediate Standing Tumble

This class will focus on all standing jump tumbling combinations and standing tumbling combinations through toe tucks and layouts. Athletes must have a back handspring to qualify.

Tumble Pass Plus

These classes are designed to help athletes create unique specialty tumbling passes that are most often used as the last tumbling pass in a cheer routine. Skills are based on the "Pass Plus" class levels and athletes must have a round-off back handspring to enroll.

Advanced Standing Tumble

This class is designed to focus on advanced standing tumbling skills. Instructors will help each individual athlete on skills such as standing fulls, multiple back handsprings to a full and multiple back handsprings to a double full. This class is by invitation only!
