This class is is the most crucial step to becoming an elite tumbler. Athletes will learn how to properly execute the round-off back handspring back tuck. Each class will work the progressions needed to make the back tuck SOAR!! This class will also work skills such as the standing tuck
This class is is specifically for the most elite athletes. We will focus on the most advanced skills that can perform within the USASF safety guidelines. Athletes will work such skills as the double full twisting layout and standing back handspring(s) to a full twisting layout. Tumble 5 enrollment is by invitation
This class will improve flexibility to a level beyond normal. This class will focus on proper stretching technique and correct posture to work towards achieving extreme body positions. Flyers registering for this class should already have basic knowledge of the heel stretch, scale, and scorpion.

These classes are designed to help athletes create unique specialty tumbling passes that are most often used as the last tumbling pass in a cheer routine. Skills are based on the "Pass Plus" class levels and athletes must have a round-off back handspring to enroll.
